Damage Prevention Meetings (DP meetings) are held by and for the excavation community each year in March and April. They are focused on safe digging and best practices education. If you are hosting a DP meeting in Minnesota, please submit the details and we will add it to our calendar.
Want to Organize A Meeting?
Any stakeholder can organize a DP meeting. Typically, a meeting planner collects all the necessary information and submits it to our site to get it on the calendar.
Consider the Venue:
DP meetings can be held anywhere that accommodates the needs of the host. View the sample itinerary to help you find a suitable meeting location.
- Will you need to provide catering?
- Is the location available at your desired meeting time?
- Is there ample parking?
- Use past event attendance to determine how many seats you’ll need.
